Usually, some of my best ideas are “spur of the moments.” This scared the wits out of MOTHER when I was younger because I was curious and not afraid of anything (i.e. finding my way to the basement of a store on 34th St in NY).
Back to the food — most of my best meals are things that I have thrown together and have made “work.” This was no exception. I don’t have the biggest sweet tooth, but when I crave something sweet — I must oblige.
This week’s indulgence, you ask? Warm cookies and creamy ice cream a lá BJ’s Brewery Pizookie. The ingredients I used for my make-shift Pizookie was Publix Brand White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies and Blue Bell Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream. See the below and enjoy.
