Food News: We’ll have the MOB Burger to-go…

What would the Fourth of July be without burgers and barbecue?

Sad.

But, worry not food citizens, Midtown Oyster Bar is here to help make your Independence Day festivities just that much more delicious.

The 411:

With Independence Day’s grilling mania around the corner, Chef Ralph and Chef-owner Angelo Masarin decided to share their burgers beyond the restaurant.

Anyone can order a minimum of four 10-ounce patties. Each patty-only set of 4 is priced at $26.

There is an option to upgrade to “full package” priced at $32 for each set of 4 patties which include buns, toppings and condiments, AND MOB’s homemade ketchup. #GoBigOrStayHome

They can be picked at the restaurant on the morning of July 4th between 10am and noon. There is no set maximum of how burger sets you can order, so go crazy; just remember each set has four yummy patties.

Orders can be made via email to info@midtownoysterbar.com until Thursday July 2nd at 2 PM (so don’t delay!).

The MOB Burger combines the perfect blend of Chef’s cut prime beef including brisket, short rib and chuck mixed with a tried-and-perfect mix of seasoning including but not limited to paprika, lemon pepper, brown sugar, cayenne, onion and garlic powder.

At the restaurant, it is served with Applewood smoked bacon, white American cheese, lettuce and tomato on a potato bun and a side of homemade ketchup with unique clove and cinnamon flavors.

Final Thoughts:

YUM and YASSS.

I am pretty sure the Founding Fathers would want you to celebrate with a burger of this caliber… I bet that it is listed somewhere in the fine print on the Constitution.
